To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before the tour.
The duration listed refers to the total time the boat is away from the base, including travel to and from the chosen boarding pier.
Boarding and disembarking can take place at Douro Marina, in Pinhão, or at other piers along the Douro River, subject to prior approval.
The choice of boat within the reserved category may be made internally by the FeelDouro team.
For boats without a fixed base, an additional transportation fee may apply, depending on the boat’s location on the day of the tour.
Cruising after sunset incurs a €200 surcharge.

Cancellations

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the tour
50% of the total amount is due in case of cancellation up to 7 days before the tour
100% of the total amount is due in case of cancellation within 7 days of the tour
